Our drivers meet very strict qualifications. We hire only the best drivers and because of this they make DMX one of the safest truck fleets on the road today.

1. Minimum 23 years of age with 3 years proven experience.
2. No convictions for DUI in the past 5 years.
3. No chargeable reportable accidents in the past 12 months
4. Maximum of 3 convictions for moving violations in the past 3 years.
5. No more than 5 points on drivers license.
6. Willing to load or unload when required.
7. Must meet all DOT requirements.
8. Knowledge of shipping documents, hazardous materials, and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
9. Positive attitude and professional appearance.
10. Must be able to handle equipment in all driving conditions, including backing and inclement weather.
11. Must possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). With Hazmat endorsement.
12. Must accept loads as dispatched within the USA.
13. Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
14. Pass pre-employment road test.
15. Random drug and alcohol test while employed.
16. Must be neat and well groomed.
